The web site was created at the end of 1999, and was officially put on-line for January 1st, 2000. It represents a group of Torquay United supporters known as ‘The Barnstaple Gulls.’ Our site seeks to give the visitor a light hearted insight into what it is like to follow a football team from one of the lower divisions of the English Football League.
